The second mural in the North Shields series, Angels Live in Our Town, was created on the side of the iconic King Street Social Club; a cornerstone of local culture now reborn as a world-class music venue.

Under the vision of celebrated DJ and creative Jeff Kirkwood (Manpower), the club has undergone a remarkable transformation. With a ten-year residency deal in place, Manpower is reimagining the historic concert room bringing global DJs to North Shields and supporting the town’s growing urban art scene.

We were invited to collaborate with Manpower Music on a landmark event headlined by Canadian DJ Caribou, producing a large-scale mural that would echo the energy and spirit of the night.
